You know that song that says “everybody’s working towards the weekend”? Which I just googled and it’s actually “everybody’s working for the weekend”, same thing I guess. Anyways, I crave weekends, not like everyone else doesn't, but I really crave mine. To be able to relax, unwind, have some time (any amount of time) to be at peace and to let your days be dictated more by how you are feeling than a set schedule. That to me is blissful. This weekend will be just that. A little quality time with my dogs and Alex. Probably watching him do some woodworking while I read some books and keep the dogs entertained.
